Oprah Winfrey is an American Emmy Award winning host of The Oprah Winfrey Show.  The highest rated talk show in TV.  She is a book critic, an Academy Award-nominated actress, and a magazine publisher. She is ranked as the richest African American and the world's only Black billionaire.

Oprah publishes two magazines, "O, The Oprah Magazine" and "O at Home". She has co-authored five books and her future weight loss book.  In 2002 Fortune called "O, the Oprah Magazine" the most successful start-up ever in the industry.

Oprah.com raised over three million dollars for hurricane Katrina victims. Oprah.com averages more than 100 million page views and three million plus users per month.

In 1998, Oprah started Oprah's Angel Network, a charity to encourage people around the world to make a difference in the lives of the underprivileged.  Oprah's Angel Network supports charitable projects to organizations around the world.  Oprah's Angel Network has raised more than $51,000,000.   Oprah personally covers all administrative costs associated with her charity, so 100% of all funds raised go to charity programs.

Oprah shows very little signs of aging, not even wrinkles.  Oprah has had several people on her show that are in the beauty and cosmetics industry.  Have you seen Doctor Pat Wexler (Dr. Wexler) or Dr. Perricone or DrEmu on Oprah? 

Skin care treatments and skincare products (including anti-aging creams) promising to reduce, remove, or prevent wrinkles are big business. Most of these products and treatments have not been proven to give lasting or major positive effects. Stretching your skin via a face lift will remove some wrinkles.

Anti wrinkle creams are heavily marketed on television, with promises of making you look younger and reducing the visible wrinkles on your skin. 

Traditionally, they've been targeted towards women, but many products specifically targeting men are common, often sold as collections of men's grooming and skin care products by major brands.

This change may be because societies have seen an increased focus on young looks, including in men, and some men feel it's easier for younger looking men to get a better job than it is for older looking men. 

There are many cosmetic 'treatments' for the appearance of wrinkles on the skin such as plastic surgery and botox injections. Advertising shows anti aging creams as an alternative to these more costly and invasive treatments.

It' possible that some products could have a rejuvenating effect to a certain extent.  For instance, many anti wrinkle creams contain some form of retinol, which in various formulations has shown to give an appearance of Rejuvenation of the skin.  It stimulates the renewal of skin cells and reduces dark spots.  Alpha hydroxy acids (AHA) have a peeling effect when used as chemical peels. However, the effects AHA's likely depend on their concentration and their mode of application, making the effects of the commercial products less certain.

Restylane is the trade name for a formulation of non animal sourced hyaluronic acid. It's composed of cross linked, long chain hyaluronic acid, and is FDA approved for cosmetic injection into facial tissues.

Most commonly, it's injected under wrinkles and lines on the face such as "crows feet" and forehead wrinkles. It may also be used for filling aging related facial hollows and "troughs" (under and around the eyes).

Restylane is most commonly used for lip augmentation.  It's produced by "Q-med", and has a history of popularity in Europe and Australia, but has only recently been approved for use in the US.

Restylane effects last about 6 months. In a recent study, Restylane injections seemed to regenerate collagen in skin.
