Where is my order?
You should have received a confirmation email when you purchased online, which would allow you to track the progress of your shipment online. If you did not purchase online or if you did not receive such an email (first check any 'Spam' folder you might have), login to our My Account area to locate your order and track it to your door. If you have any problems with this page or if you require further assistance, call us at the customer service number listed in the Contact Us page so we can track your order. You should also give us a call if the link you were provided does not work or is not accurate in some way.

If your product is being shipped by UPS Ground (many are), your product will arrive in 5-7 business days, not counting weekends or holidays. If you purchased our Express option, shipments will take 2-3 business days. Our international customers shipping lead times will vary depending on the country that UPS will be shipping to. If you are at a P.O. Box address on a military base or in another place where you cannot be reached by UPS, your order will be delivered by USPS in approximately 5-9 business days (for continental US customers).

My package will arrive (or has arrived) later than expected - what can we do about that?
While we do not have any control over the delays that might occur in shipping after they leave our building to be delivered by UPS or USPS, we do want to know if you've experienced an unusual delay or if you have become concerned that a shipment may have been delayed indefinitely or lost. This is not a common problem by any means, but we realize that your experience with our products can be affected by how long it takes before you can use them! Visit our Contact Us page if you have experienced a longer-than-expected wait for your product so we take any action necessary.

My product smells/looks funny. Is that normal?
If you've just received one of our products and they smell "bad," you should Contact Us for a replacement. Nothing we make should have a smell that turns you off!

Because many of our products are natural products without added preservatives, some have shorter shelf lives than many of the other beauty products you may be used to having. This is why we always manufacture our products in small batches - fresh each month for our customers. If the product you have has been on your shelf for six months or more, any appearance or smell change may be due to how much time has passed. Discontinue using it.

My product arrived opened or damaged! What do I do now?
Well, you're not the only one who's going to be hopping mad/disappointed! Make sure you Contact Us immediately so that we can get a replacement out to you. We will also arrange to have the damaged products returned to us so that we can see what went wrong and if we need to get 'tough' with one of the shipping companies.

I wish to return/exchange my order. How do I go about doing that?
For exchanges, visit our Contact Us page and tell us about the exchange you would like. If you wish to exchange one product for another, we may ask questions about your experience with the original product. If we do, any answers you provide will help us improve the product for future customers. We thank you in advance for the advice.

I seem to have broken out, gotten a rash or had some other reaction to your product since I began using it.
Nine times out of ten, customers confuse a skin care problem they are experiencing with a change in the products they have begun using. Dremu Oil has been proven to be about as likely to adversely affect skin as water. If you have experienced any kind of negative change in your skin, it may be to other products, environmental factors or to another ingredient in the specific Dremu product you are using. Visit the product FAQs to review the ingredients in the product you are trying, so that you can see if one of the ingredients is something to which your skin reacts poorly.

Reacting negatively to Dremu Oil alone is highly unlikely, but we realize a negative reaction is a negative reaction and you may wish to be rid of any product you were using at the time. If this is your situation, visit our Guarantee page so you can get a refund/exchange on your order.
