Can I find your products in a store near me?
No. Dremu products are not currently distributed in any retail chain. We prefer to control the quality and customer service of our products so that our products can only be purchased from this website and from select resellers.

Are you available in my country?
Yes. We are available twenty-four hours a day from anywhere in the world, right from this website. If the US Postal Service or UPS goes where you live, so do our products. Our customers hail from every corner of the globe.

I have questions about shipping...
We are based in Miami Florida, United States and ship via UPS where available, USPS when we cannot (as in the case of a P.O. Box or military base). We offer standard, expedited and international shipping. During your order, you may have the opportunity to upgrade your shipping lead time. Do you have samples?
The high cost of packaging makes samples expensive and naturally we would have to build that cost into our products. Instead, we offer a full satisfaction guarantee. The Dremu product line is very high quality and hypo-allergenic. Rarely do we get a return request. Offering a guarantee instead of samples – so you can be assured you’ll be delighted – allows us to keep the cost of the product lower for you.

Can I use more than one promotional code in my order?
No. Like most coupons, our special offers and discounts cannot be combined.

Are Dremu products suitable for vegans?
No. Emus are flightless birds, in the same family as the Ostrich. The oil comes from a thick fat pack on their backs. Emus developed the fat pack to nourish them through the winter months when they would be without food in the Australian Outback. We use oil from American humanely treated, farm raised, free range emus. These emus are not given any hormones, steroids or antibiotics. This is an animal product.

Is emu oil safe for pregnant women?
Yes. Emu oil is a natural product and Dremu triple refined emu oil is clean of any impurities. All Dremu products are safe to use during pregnancy.

What’s good about Dremu oil?
(For a more complete explanation please read Why Emu Oil). The main properties of emu oil are that it can penetrate the skin, it’s highly moisturizing, it nourishes the skin with essential fatty acids and regrows collagen, it doesn’t clog pores, it’s hypo-allergenic, anti-inflammatory and pain relieving. According to Dr. Barry Sears, author of the Zone Diet books, "Emu Oil is an untapped resource and currently now is where aspirin was in the early 1900's."

Where is the emu oil produced?
We use oil from a select few American emu farms where the emus are humanely treated and free range raised. They’re never given any hormones, steroids or antibiotics. The oil is refined in USDA and FDA approved labs.

How is the oil refined?
Dremu emu oil is refined in USDA and FDA approved labs. Dremu exceeds the American Emu Association “Fully Refined” standards using a third refining process called Molecular Distillation. Tests have shown that “Fully Refined” emu oil may still have as much as 10% impurities. Molecular distillation is an expensive additional process that yields a very clean oil free of impurities, bacteria, toxins and heavy metals. This is extremely important. Whatever you ingest passes through the liver. Your liver functions to detoxify and neutralize harmful ingredients. However emu oil is absorbed through your skin and doesn’t pass through the liver so you want the highest purity level.

Does Dremu Oil cause acne?
No. In fact emu oil clears up acne. Emu oil is non-comedogenic (does not clog pores). 

Will Dremu products work with mineral makeup?
Absolutely. Given that mineral makeup is pure pigment (and no filler, like regular makeup), it's best to allow Dremu products to absorb completely before applying your mineral makeup.

Is Dremu oil ok for sensitive skin?
Yes. Clinical research has shown emu oil has an irritation level equivalent to water. It’s completely hypo-allergenic and non-irritating even for sensitive skin. In fact emu oil is used to treat and heal burned skin (fire, chemical, radiation). It’s also anti-bacterial.

Do your products contain perfumes?
No. Dremu Oil contains no additional ingredients. Our other products use additional ingredients including essential oils. No perfumes are used at all. The list of ingredients for each product can be found in the FAQ for that product.
