It's your way to try any of our products risk-free. Anything short of a total "Dremu come true" will result in first-rate customer service to correct the issue and/or an easy way to return or exchange your product - your choice.

Our Guarantee: For up to 30 days after your purchase date you may return any product for any reason for a refund of your purchase price (less S&H*). Simply send us the unused portion and we will issue a refund. Orders can be returned for an exchange for up to 60 days after your purchase.

*Please note that wholesale and partner orders are not entitled to refunds. Orders that received free shipping will be refunded minus our standard shipping rates. 

I want to return/exchange my order - where do I send the unused portions and empty jars?

Send the unused portions, empty jars and bottles to the following address; it MUST be sent with a tracking number as lost returns cannot be processed under any circumstances. Send to:

On a piece of paper inside the box, make sure you include the name and address you used to order along with your order number. If you wish to exchange your item(s) for something else in our product line, please include that request in the box as well. Most refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt, and can take up to 1 week to appear on your credit card statement.
